• We did engage in live chat with a representative and asked a few questions about doctoral dissertations. He informed us that it would take 2 months to produce one, which seemed reasonable. However, the pricing chart indicates that a literature review chapter can be completed in 48 hours – this is highly questionable.

Each customer is provided a personal account which he uses to send and receive messages to and from his writer. This account page is also used to check progress and to ask for revisions, as well as to approve and download the final product.

Security and Confidence

In the area of security, we found a secure payment system, via major credit cards and PayPal. Customers can pay with confidence that their information will not be compromised.

The company guarantees full confidentiality to all of its customers, as well as a plagiarism-free policy that does appear to be valid.

Confidence refers to a customer’s belief that s/he will receive a product as ordered, with all specifications met, that it will be delivered on time, and that it will be of high quality. Here is what we found:

• In reading MasterPapers.com customer reviews on social media and elsewhere, there is overwhelming agreement that products are delivered on time and that instructions are followed.
• There were some complaints about quality of writing, specifically grammar and structural errors.
• While the home page is well-written and in proper English, when we dug down into individual writing about specific products, the style and quality changed significantly. Poor grammar and incorrect word usage was quite common, indicating that these pages were composed by foreign language speakers.

Overall, we can state that MasterPapers is not a fraud, but quality of writing is of concern.

Master Paper prices fall within the low-average range, and the pricing for graduate level theses and dissertations is significantly lower than the majority of other services. We wonder how Ph.D. scholars can work for such low pay – an average of $14.00 per page.

There is a structured plan for MasterPapers.com discounts. This is in the form of “bonus money” that is put on account as customers place orders. This money can then be used toward payment for future orders. There is a MasterPapers promo code for a 15% discount for new customers which is standard for the industry.

While there is a place for Master Paper coupon codes on the order form, we did not find any mention of such discounts elsewhere on the site.

Other Perks and Benefits

There are free title and bibliography pages, as well as free revisions. Customers can order a premium quality product for double the normal price. We did not order the premium quality, and it is possible that the grammar and usage issues might not be present at that level.

Final Thoughts

In terms of Master Paper pros and cons, there are certainly some pros. The company does follow customer instructions and consistently meets deadlines. Further, security is in place to protect both personal and financial information of customers. Cons relate to quality of writing and a concern that customer service is not always available by phone as advertised.
